Dairy Free Chipolte Lime Sauce

dairy free

easy

5 mins       10 servings

I’ve been making my fish tacos for years now, and every spring when we have our first few hot days, they’re the number one meal requested by the family. The fish is blackened and crispy, but really, I think everyone is here for this spicy creamy sauce. If you have no dairy allergies or concerns, just sub for traditional dairy in the recipe. You can hand chop the chipotle peppers pretty easily, but I do prefer just using my immersion blender to whip this sauce altogether quickly.

1/2 cup DF sour cream/greek yogurt

  1. Add all ingredients to a jar and blend!

  3. Enjoy on tacos, salad, coleslaw, sandwiches, you get the idea:)
